Revelation 1:17-18

Here is how to cite Revelation 1:8, 17-18 and 22:13 in the Jehovah's Witnesses' own New World Translation to show them that Jehovah God saying that He was "dead," referring to the death of Jesus, proves that "Jehovah" refers to Jesus as well.  Revelation 1:17-18

Christian - Could you please read Revelation 22:13 in your translation?
Jehovah's Witness - "I am the Alʹpha and the O·meʹga, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."

Christian - So the "Alpha and the Omega" is calling Himself "the first and the last" and "the beginning and the end," isn't He?
Jehovah's Witness - Yes.

Christian - Ok, could you please read Revelation 1:8?
Jehovah's Witness - "I am the Alʹpha and the O·meʹga,' says Jehovah God, 'the One who is and who was and who is coming, the Almighty."

Christian - So does "Alpha and the Omega" = "the first and the last" = "Jehovah God"?
Jehovah's Witness - Yes.

Christian - Now, could you please scroll down and read verses 17 and 18 in Revelation 1?
Jehovah's Witness - "When I saw him, I fell as dead at his feet. And he laid his right hand on me and said: 'Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last, and the living one, and I became dead, but look! I am living forever and ever, and I have the keys of death and of the Grave."

Christian - So Jehovah God said, "I became dead." Tell me, when did Jehovah God die?
Jehovah's Witness - (Those who are honestly seeking the truth will just stare at the passage in stunned silence, while the rest try one of these evasive maneuvers. Irrespective of their response, or the lack thereof, continue as below.)

Christian - Your website actually gives the answer. Please look up Revelation 1 in jw.org and scroll down to verse 18 (on this page). Do you see the superscript "n" or "+" just after the phrase "I became dead" in that verse?
Jehovah's Witness - Yes.

Christian - Please click on that superscript and read for us what that death refers to.

How to witness to Jehovah's Witnesses

Jehovah's Witness - "1 Peter 3:18 For Christ died once for all time for sins, a righteous person for unrighteous ones, in order to lead you to God. He was put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit."

Christian - Since Jehovah said, "I became dead," referring to the death of Jesus, the name "Jehovah" refers also to Jesus, doesn't it?
Jehovah's Witness (Those who are honestly seeking the truth will says "Yes," while the rest again try to evade.)
